Physicochemical Variation of the Main Components during Wild Pretreatment Process Based on the Concept of the Whole Utilization of Bamboo

Attempting to correlate the characteristics of fractionated components from bamboo its susceptibility enzyme is often inconclusive depending on parameters pretreatment conditions. Based integrated analysis chemical components, cellulose bioconversion, characteristic property isolated hemicellulose, and lignin, optimal mild operation for Moso was 4% NaOH in 20% ethanol aqueous solution. A total 91.9% mass successfully recovered, 66% bioconversion efficiency cellulosic sample finally achieved. Meanwhile, over 25% hemicelluloses 7% lignin were isolated, indicated that biomacromolecule maintained original core structure, which a benefit be further utilized production chemicals or polymers.
